House Cleaning and Manual Work

-To ensure a healthy and a conducive environment in our community, we combine our efforts in our daily and weekly cleaning, to keep the house clean and compound tidy.

1. House cleaning is done in the afternoon of Tuesday (2:30-3:30 pm) and general cleaning is done every Saturday from 8.30 - 11.00 am

2. Manual work is carried out on Mondays from 3.00 to 4.00 pm it entails taking care of the poultry, broilers, slashing, weeding flowers and trees, labelling, stamping and rearranging books in the library, going for shopping, photocopying, repairing where necessary and any other important work to be done in the house.

3. It is our house, hence we are responsible for it and for the community property.

Intellectual Aspect

We attend lectures at Tangaza University College, normally up to 1:15pm; on Wednesdays and Thursdays afternoons, there are organized seminars/electives and core courses.

Recreation

The community offers several recreation activities which usually takes place at 8pm after supper everyday except Saturday.

We usually have daily masses

Comboni is an Italian born Saint who became the founded the Comboni Missionaries of the Heart of Jesus formerly known as the Institute of the Good Shepherd for the Regeneration of Africa in 1867.

Sports

We usually have our sports on Fridays from 3:00pm to 5:30pm and also indoor games during the week after suppper until 8:00pm.
